Fierce First Step’s mission is to establish and develop your sense of purpose, voice and passion.

Purpose--purpose brings meaning to your life. It creates a sense of value that you’re doing something to better your family, community or the world. Without purpose, you can feel lost, aimless or frustrated. How can you contribute to your family, your community, the world?

Voice--voice is how you claim your power. When you lack the ability to voice your truth, you can feel unheard, misunderstood and unimportant. This can cause a feeling of being powerless and may lead to anger or depression. Power lies in voicing what is true inside of you in nonjudgmental ways. Self-worth develops as you validate and express your thoughts, emotions and needs to others. How can you voice yourself more effectively and honesty?

Passion--passion is fire. It’s a burning desire to create something whether it’s a relationship, business or something greater than yourself. Passion often has a vision associated with it, such as a hope for a better tomorrow in whatever endeavor you choose to pursue. Passionless people may feel trapped, burdened or chronically tired in the day-to-day routine of life. What do you have a passion for?
